We see the potential of natural resources in Indonesia, however obtaining these resources efficiently proofs challenging due to the limitations of the technology and the vigilance to conserve nature. Plant & Maintenance Supervisor

Kualifikasi:

• Pengalaman minimal 5 Tahun di posisi yang sama di perusahaan pertambangan batu bara
• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait operasional pertambangan, prosedur K3LH, JSA, dan manajemen unit alat berat tambang
• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik dan mampu mengimplementasikan strategi untuk mengelola mobile plant dan fixed plant sesuai standar dan prosedur
• Memastikan perencanaan dan pengelolaan budget plant berjalan optimal, ideal dan tepat fungsi
• Mampu memotivasi, memetakan, dan mengembangkan keahlian ataupun performa anggotanya
• Memiliki sertifikat Aktif POP
