ERT Supervisor

Penempatan: Site Mantewe, Kalimantan Selatan

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (K3, Teknik Pertambangan, Fire & Safety, atau jurusan terkait)
• Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Emergency Response Team (ERT), diutamakan industri pertambangan
• Memiliki sertifikasi terkait:
  Fire Fighting / Penanggulangan Kebakaran
  First Aid / P3K
  Rescue / Mine Rescue / HAZMAT
  Memiliki sertifikasi dari BASARNAS
• Memahami Emergency Response Plan (ERP) & sistem tanggap darurat
• Memiliki jiwa leadership, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik
• Siap bekerja di site (roster)

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

• Mengelola dan mengawasi tim Emergency Response Team (ERT) di site
• Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan Emergency Response Plan serta prosedur tanggap darurat
• Memastikan kesiapsiagaan tim dalam menghadapi kondisi darurat (fire, rescue, medical)
• Melakukan pelatihan, simulasi, dan drill secara berkala kepada karyawan
• Mengawasi inspeksi dan kesiapan peralatan emergency
• Menangani dan mengkoordinasikan respon saat terjadi insiden/emergency
• Membuat laporan incident, investigasi, serta evaluasi program ERT
