Cost Control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accountancy/Finance or Engineering
• Having mininum 3 years Experience as Cost Control
• ⁠Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• ⁠additional professional certifications such as TKDN would be advantageous.
• ⁠Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• ⁠Understanding the mechanisms of cost control, the use of accounting information in cost control, and the things that have to be prepared so that the cost control activities can be run well.

Job Descriptions:

• Follow and analyze the actual situation vs forecast and vs budget on the daily, weekly and monthly basis on project
• Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information (no system, manually)
• Ensure reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing process
• ⁠Manage the activity of the controlling department so that it can control if the company’s activity is performed by the most efficient and most profitable way and suits the local laws and Group Wilson Walton’s standards
• Must alert immediately the Financial Controller in case of any important risk for the company and / or for its employees
• ⁠On projects, coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance to establish project objectives, deliverable, and timelines.
• ⁠Provide Sales Business Analysis, Price and Cost of Products, BOM re-analysis with current actual and standard costing.
• ⁠Monitors progress and provides insight and analysis to support operational decision-making.
• ⁠Identifies issues on action plans.
• ⁠Have the ability to calculate & understand procedures of TKDN
