Project Manager

Location: Head Office, Jakarta

Qualification:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from a reputable university
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry
• Proven track record in managing large-scale engineering and construction projects from planning to completion
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Able to ensure project execution complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and report preparation
• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent will be an advantage
