Responsibilities:

• Conducted routine HSE inspections, safety patrols, and compliance monitoring in construction area.
• Managed and controlled Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities.
• Prepared and implemented Level 2 Risk Assessment (L2RA) / JSA.
• Performed daily HSE reporting, logbook documentation, and submitted weekly / monthly safety reports.
• Inspected safety equipment including fire extinguishers (APAR) and emergency facilities.
• Delivered toolbox meetings and safety briefings to improve workforce safety awareness.
• Supported incident prevention programs and assisted internal HSE audits.
• Coordinated Employee Medical Check-Up (MCU) with hospitals, including scheduling and administration.
• Prepared MCU reports and ensured employee fitness-to-work status before deployment to client/project site.
